How your Gift/Bequest Can Help
Your gift can help us deliver innovative programs that meet the real needs of people who often live at the margins of society, empowering them with the skills and experiences to overcome their situation so they can leave discrimination and abuse behind forever.
Our policy is to direct your money to where it is needed most, that is to the individuals with little or no speech who use our services at CAUS/CRA. Our administration costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
Your generosity makes you a catalyst for individual and community transformation.
How to Make a Gift/Bequest
There are many ways to help CAUS/CRA continue to empower people with little or no speech and ensure they can access the same rights as other members of the community:
We would prefer that you leave a gift for general purpose by specifying that your gift be directed to protecting and advancing the rights of people with communication and speech difficulties.
To be certain that your instructions are legally correct, we can put you in touch with one of several community solicitors who would help you at no cost.
Or simply complete the attached link ‘Form of Bequest’ and forward it to your solicitor.
Thank you.
How will you be remembered?
CRA would be pleased to honour your memory by displaying your name on our Honour Board. You may wish to have a particular program or project named after you.
CRA has established a group called Friends Forever (FF) which is our way of recognising and honouring our benefactors during their life time, when they are able to accept our thanks and appreciation for their generosity in person. There are no obligations on a member of Friends Forever other than letting us know that a bequest has been left in your will. To join FF please contact the Bequest Officer on Phone No 03 9555 8552 or complete link below
